How to Return Product

1. Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return this product. Please use the return shipping label which was provided on the packing slip that was included with your order. For your protection, please ship via Fed Ex Ground or United Parcel Service (UPS) with proof of delivery. If your package is lost in return shipment and if it cannot be tracked, we cannot replace it or refund your purchase. If you do not have a packing slip, please call us at 1-866-478-6228 or email us at returns@plushcomforters.com.

2. If you are returning the product due to a problem with your order, or if you require a replacement product, please call us at 1-866-478-6228 or email us at returns@plushcomforters.com.

3. A refund (to the credit card used for the original order) in the amount of the product will be issued within 14 business days upon receipt of your package(s). Note: Unless the return is the result of our error, a refund will not be issued for any shipping charges incurred.

4. To exchange an item, please return your item and then place a new order for the item you wish to receive.  All returns will be credited back to the card for which they were purchased.  Please do not request exchanges in your returned package.

5. We do not accept returns do to buyers remorse.  

Can I get a copy of my invoice?
Upon shipment of your order, your invoice will be sent to the email address provided at time of order.

Is there a restocking fee?
A 15% restocking fee is assessed on non-defective returns. Please contact our customer service department at returns@plushcomforters.com to initiate a return authorization.

If part of an order is back ordered more than two weeks we will notify you right away as to when we expect the item to be in stock.

Shipping information
Orders are shipped within ten business days at the most from either our facility in Iowa, Nebraska, or North Carolina.  If you order products from more than one shipping site, you will pay separate shipping from each site.  

All orders are shipped via UPS.   The tracking numbers for all shipments will be sent to you via email.

Will you send an order confirmation?
Online orders will receive an initial email confirmation of the order shortly after the order is placed. The email confirmation will list all the items in your order, the amount of the order, shipping cost and the shipping address for the order. Please note: each item has its own shipping cost, regardless of the size of your order.

A second email confirmation will be sent when your order is shipped. This email will also include the tracking numbers.

We take great care to ensure your merchandise arrives at its destination. Please help us by providing a complete and correct delivery address. (underline and/or bold this last sentence)

How can I pay for an order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, check, or money order.  If you are paying by check or money order please include the name, price, and SKU# of the product, your name, address, and phone number and mail it to:

Orders paid by check will be held for approximately two weeks until the check is cleared before being processed.

When am I charged for an order?
Your credit card is charged when you place the order on line.

Does Plush Comforters charge sales tax?
Since we are based in the state of Oregon you will not be charged sales tax.

Can I cancel or change my order after I submit it?
If your order has not shipped, you may request changes by contacting our customer service department via email at cs@plushcomforters.com.  Please provide your order number for prompt service.

What if an item is missing from my order?
Your order may consist of several different boxes which may be shipped from different warehouses. Occasionally, the packages arrive on different days, even if we shipped them at the same time. If the full estimated total delivery time has passed and you haven’t received the missing item, please email our customer service department at  cs@plushcomforters.com.

Why did my order arrive in two or more shipments?
We make every effort to ship your entire order at the same time. If some products are backordered, we don’t want to hold up your entire order. We send you the in-stock products right away. We ship the backordered products as soon as they are available. The tentative ship dates for all backordered items is provided to you at the time of your order. We’ll send you an email confirmation as each item ships. Items may come from different locations.

If you product(s) arrives damaged, please notify us right away by e-mail to cs@plushcomforters.com or by calling 866-478-6228.
We will authorize a refund to your credit card which includes the shipping costs. You can then advise us is you want the item replaced.
